Are you new to Waitrose & Partners online? Start shopping right away by creating an account in our app. You can also sign up for myWaitrose or link an existing account through the app.

If you already shop online with Waitrose & Partners, simply sign in using your waitrose.com details and you're ready to go. With the app, you can easily book a delivery or Click & Collect slot, view and modify your orders, and search for products.

Are you on the move? Start shopping in our app and finish it on waitrose.com, or vice versa. Your Trolley contents and account details will automatically synchronize.

As a myWaitrose member, you can leave your physical card at home and still enjoy the same great offers. Simply scan the digital card in the app at checkout or use it for ScanPayGo. You can also add your myWaitrose card to your Apple Wallet.

With ScanPayGo feature in the Waitrose app, you can conveniently scan product barcodes, keep track of your running total, pack your bags as you go, and check out quickly in-store using your mobile phone. Plus, you can create your shopping list from the app's home screen before arriving in-store. To use ScanPayGo, you'll need to register for a waitrose.com account and myWaitrose card.

Now you can also access Click & Collect on our app. Instead of waiting at home, visit your local Waitrose & Partners store to collect your order for free.

If you're planning a big event or special celebration, our made-to-order range in Waitrose Entertaining will simplify and elevate your stress-free celebrations.

Use the Favourites feature to easily find the items you regularly purchase online and in-store. Any items you've previously bought online will be automatically added to your Favourites. Items you purchase in-store using your myWaitrose card will also be listed. Simply tap on the heart icons to add more items to your Favourites.

Access your most frequently used features such as slot booking, search, trolley, and offers directly from your device home screen by pressing and holding the app icon.

The app is optimized for iPad, where you can enjoy a full shopping journey in landscape view.

After check out, conveniently add your delivery or collection slot time to your phone's calendar, so you never forget the date of your next order.
